Smii It’s normal for support systems to have a service level agreement, and if they’re saying you’ll receive another email in 48hrs, they’re telling you what to expect from their response time. This is helpful - you’re being communicated with.

Smii So we’ve happily determined that the support isn’t bad, it’s just a phenomena called “the weekend” Support are UK based too I think, and it’s been a bank holiday weekend (Monday off)

ArkodeepSen This is not rocket science. Nothings is not up to the mark with their support and no, its not improving in India. Other brands service are not that great but they’re fast. For some brands a battery swap on a modern phone takes about 1-2 hours on a busy day.
