Discriminatory Parts Availability Policy : I have observed a highly concerning practice where your service centers deliberately delay providing parts when devices are under warranty, while instantly providing the same parts when customers are willing to pay (for out-of-warranty devices). This unethical practice appears to be a deliberate attempt to frustrate warranty customers and potentially void their warranty period through delays.

Do like you wanna pay, get the piece in front of you, and then say it’s under warranty. Now they can’t say they don’t have the piece! Problem solved.

Anyway that’s just infuriating. And it’s not something i will be happy to deal with. Very sorry to hear that. The trust is very important when you buy a brand.
