This is probably the third or fourth time this has happened, where, after a significant period of use, the Nothing X app, apparently just kind of chooses to reset all of the currently set preferences for my CMF Buds Pro 2, and just chooses to reset them to the defaults.
It is currently linked to my email address and the expectation is that it should have it saved these preferences there. For some inexplicable reason, it keeps resetting this. I don’t understand why this is happening.
My earbuds connect via dual connection to my laptop and my phone. My phone has the nothing X app and the dual connection was also reset. And this just keeps becoming an obstacle in my usage of these earbuds. The firmware updates mess with the battery life of the earbuds and the app messes with my preferences.
Is this gonna keep being an issue? Will it be fixed?
Please do the needful because it seems like you’re releasing a lot of products and not focusing on the ones that you already have.
