I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a quality control issue with my Nothing Phone 3a Pro.

I recently purchased the device and have noticed a significant and uneven gap between the screen and the phone’s frame. This gap is not uniform around the entire display. Upon comparing my device with a friend’s Nothing Phone 3a Pro, I found that their phone does not have this issue, and the screen and frame are flush and seamlessly integrated.

This uneven gap is not only a cosmetic defect but also raises concerns about the phone’s durability and potential vulnerability to dust and water ingress. As a premium device, I expect a higher standard of build quality.

Please provide a solution to this problem, whether it be a repair or a replacement of the device. I have attached photos and a video demonstrating the issue for your reference.

It seems you have stuck something on the back of your 3a Pro, as it looks like some sort of protective film or something like that, it is pretty obvious from seeing the first few photos that your friend’s device does no have that film on the back, you should peel it off somehow if you do not like the gaps in the frame…
