CMF Phone 2 Freezing Issue

Hi Nothing Community, Ich wende mich an, um ein Problem mit meinem CMF -Telefon zu berichten. 2. Heute, während ich durch die Rollen scrollen und das Telefon vollständig eingefroren haben. Der Touchscreen reagierte nicht mehr, und nach dem Einschalten wurde kein Ladestatus angezeigt. Ich konnte das Gerät durch Halten des Netzschalters neu starten, aber das Problem ist besorgniserregend. Hat noch jemand das gemeldet? Bitte lassen Sie mich wissen, ob es eine Lösung oder weitere Schritte gibt, die ich unternehmen sollte. Danke, Manish

Hi Nothing Community,

I’m reaching out to report an issue with my CMF Phone 2. Today, while scrolling through reels, the phone froze completely. The touch screen became unresponsive, and there was no charging status displayed after plugging it in. I was able to restart the device by holding the power button, but the issue is concerning. Has anyone else reported this? Please let me know if there’s a fix or further steps I should take.

Yes I am also facing similar problems . The UI froze two times when i opened phonepe while it asked biometrics to open the app(no navigation, no power button nothing worked and the phone restarted after some time). Sometimes the keypad remains opened while the screen is turned off. The other problems that i faced are camera taking pictures with delay, when i took selfie the entire screen goes white and doesn’t take instant selfie. One day i was not able to scan the qr code on metro station to buy ticket because camera was showing black screen instead of capturing anything.
