Not able to play Call of duty mobile

i just bought np2 3 days back,when i try to play its always showing unstable connection both in wifi and on carrier,i tried resetting network settings then i was able to play,but after i closed and reopened the game its again back to unstable connection error.

i resetted the network settings again and was able to play it and when i left it for sometime and tried playing its showing the same unstable connection error also noticed this with the calls too,when i attend a call the caller cant here me for the first 8 or 10 seconds,this issue is also not there for a tme when i reset the network settings.
