Hey @RoelofKoelewijn, @MikeHogANator & @marquisH
Sorry to hear you’re also having the same problem. I thought I’d provide an update here on my status.
TLDR: I’m still facing the issue, needing to restart my phone at this point ¾ times daily to ensure that I have WiFi connectivity, if I forget, I can find that my mobile data gets sapped pretty quickly!
I’d suggest everyone reach out to Nothing Support if you’re facing the issue, they’ve been great, while they have recommended the same reset WiFi/Restart/Check for Updates/Router Adjustments a couple of times (and as @Mstry has helpfully shared). These steps did not work for me, but it is worth trying!
The one thing I’ve had that has made the issue go away for ~6/12 hours, was launching my phone into Safe Mode. This is by no-means a solution, especially since it strips the phone back to bare minimum, but it did seem to provide some more stability.
For my device, I’ve been working with the support team & even sent the device off to the Service Centre for an investigation, but received the device back ~1 week later and am still unfortunately experiencing the issue.
Now, I’m continuing to work with the Support Team & hopefully there will be some resolution soon. My suspicion is that this could be a software item, especially with the behaviour in safe mode. I stripped all my apps back to the minimum I utilise daily to minimise any software interferences, but to no avail.
Hopefully, we will all see this addressed & resolved soon. Until then, I’ll continue working with Support & suggest that everyone with the fault reach out so they are aware, while we can talk about it in forums (And I’ve pointed them to this thread) the best course of action is letting Nothing know through the appropriate channels.
Frustrating and disappointing, but there’s not a lot we can do other than all work together if possible!
