Had this issue like 6-7 times already, hopefully it gets fixed in an update, here’s a pseudo solution tho(it works but the problem may arise again, even after resetting), go to settings, apps, three dots,show system. After that search for permission and force close all 3 apps. This should make your device restart by itself, after it will fully work again!
