I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the pathetic service provided by the Nothing Support Team and Nothing Service Center. My earphones, for which I already paid a significant amount last year, are having the issuec I contacted the support team multiple times, hoping for a proper solution, but instead of taking responsibility, they conveniently passed the case to the service center. Now, the service center is outright refusing to repair the product and shamelessly asking me to buy a brand-new earphone!
I already paid enough for this faulty product, and I am NOT going to pay again for their poor quality and negligence. This shows how NOTHING is reliable—not the product, not the support, and especially not the service center.
Such terrible after-sales service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly warn everyone to think twice before purchasing anything from Nothing.
