I am writing to report a problem with network performance on any of my CMF phones 1. While the device has been impressive in many areas, I have seen a significant difference in network quality compared to a Samsung phone in the same price range, using the same Airtel 4G/5G SIM and location.
On Samsung phone, the ping monitor app always displays 100% network quality and average ping of only 28 ms (attached screenshot)

Compared to my CMF phone 1, which has only 64% network quality and average ping of 121 MS.

The difference between ping, nervousness and accountability is quite clear and affects daily use such as gaming during gaming it can cause so much lagging.
The CMF has the result in high ping and playing game on cmf phone 1 game on the phone, which makes the experience disappointing and unstable. Gaming is greatly affected delay in gaming due to high ping.
Since both devices are in the same environment, it indicates a possible software or modem optimization fault on the CMF phone 1. I appreciate whether your team will look into it and provide a software update that will perform better network stability, delay and overall performance. This will greatly improve the user experience.
