Husam I have found that the phone 2 will switch to 60hz for no reason some times like if you are scrolling on Facebook and you pass a shop post or a reel post the phone will lag a little bit also some apps just is not capable of reaching 120hz like Facebook reels, YouTube shorts, the camera app and more. And when I went to developer settings and turned on the option to show refresh rate I found that the LTPO display (dynamic setting) never reached 1hz for some reason even if it is an still image it never reaches 1hz all it do is put some apps at 90hz which was a little annoying
GordonLutz Videos not showing as 120 is because they were recorded lower, like YouTube shorts. Music videos are 120. I find absolutely no lag on my phone, graphics are extremely fast.
