I have a 65w non-PPS charger and a 30w PD 3.0 with PPS specs and tested them both out.

I used Battery Guru from 0% to full and I used the higher-rated charger first and then the PPS-equipped charger after (switched at the arrow).
My conclusion, is that I received faster charging with the first one, but more consistent and accurate charging with the second.
This, my recommendation would be to purchase the best PPS-equipped charging (written on the side that you can afford).
The first charger was £15 and the second was £10.
The communication looks quite good with the second.
It took about 1h to fully charge but the gradual slowdown with the PPS at the end of the charge is pretty!
I use no battery saving settings and that slow down should be the PPS-enabled regulation, which is quite nice.
