themountofmint The thing with Google Photos is that it can very efficiently process all weird codecs and formats to something playable/viewable across pretty much any existing device, that’s why I said it. Or upload to YouTube, it will do the same thing although you will lose quality when it compresses it down to about 6 Mbps (for 4K 60 fps). Then download converted glitch-free vid and edit it in Capcut as you usually do. If Yandex Disk can do the same then do it there, it’s no big deal, but it’s just easier that way to deal with rare bugged video files than to do “manual” work of converting it on your own (Handbrake, DaVinci, whatever).
