There are 2 main reasons why I have the CMF phone 2 pro instead of the Nothing 3(a).
Besides the cheaper price and the screw in lanyard and stand (I still can’t believe Nothing has stopped making the universal cover(seriously nothing…..come on…)) there are a few more reasons.
For starters the back is glass. Now on the surface glass may seem good (ha. I just made a pun without realising it). But the problem with it is that it is more pone to shattering than plastic or even that plasticy glass stuff(a mix basically between plastic and glass).
Also one of the main stand out things with the CMF is that it has one of(if not the) best feature of a phone that has been taken away through the years. A feature that has slowly disappeared from our lives. The SD Card. Expandable storage. It isn’t like it is noticeable from the outside. But it is a feature that will always be useful. Being able to upgrade your storage for around £30 instead of over at least £150/£200. It also makes changing phones a lot easier and quicker.
So please. Nothing. Please put an SD card on the next Nothing (a) phone. And please could you try to make the back glass and plasticy glass (a mix between glass and plastic). Or just nice feeling plastic. Because I am know that you know that nobody wants the pain of finding out that their storage is full. Or the pain when you realise that the back plate has smashed/broken.
