How to clear temporary system files?

Hi, my storage 173GB occupied with temporary system files, how to clear that storage and what the temporary system files

Hey, I have the same problem, but instead 173GB - there are 390GB of temporary system files on my phone! (I have np3). I read few topic here, but none of them gives the simple solution and reason, what are those files and how to find them and rid of them. And - solve the situation in the future.
