It’s been roughly 3 months since I bought my CMF Buds Pro 2. From day 1, I’m getting this muffled noise in the right ear bud. I’ve tried different sizes of ear tips, different mobiles (all on latest android/ios with latest Nothing X app) but still the same. Looking for guidance to get mine repaired/replaced.
I hope mine are still covered under warranty. I’m attaching the result of fit test from Nothing X app below.

I tried submitting a support request via this and it asked me for an RMA number. I submitted the form as suggested in the link with all the details twice (hoping I would receive an RMA numbed on email. But I didn’t.
