I’m having an issue with my CMF Phone 2 when using Apple EarPods.
They work perfectly for music, videos, and WhatsApp calls.
But during normal cellular calls, the EarPods suddenly go silent after 2–3 minutes.
The sound doesn’t switch to the phone’s speaker/earpiece either — it just stops completely.
What could be the issue?

After searching for so long, I found the same issue reported by someone else in Google support forum -

So, is this a software issue?

Another significant thing I noticed is that EarPods goes silent only after the screen is locked and not before. This probably confirms that this is a software bug.

I also feel that the sound quality of EarPods is poor when used with CMF Pro 2 compared to when I use it with Macbook.
