I noticed a bunch of scroll lag in many different apps with NP3. I turned off the Ram Booster and the problem is gone, now it is buttery smooth. It automatically sets at 2 GB so PSA turn it off. I hope they fix this in a update patch soon! But I guess my 16GB model is more than enough anyway.
