[UPDATED]
I’ve been regularly sharing feedback and enhancement suggestions for Nothing OS through the Settings → System → Feedback option on my Nothing Phone 3. Every time, I only receive an acknowledgement email, but I’m not sure if my feedback actually reaches the product or development team for review.
Do they really consider user-submitted feedback from this channel, or is it just a formality? I genuinely want to help improve the OS — it’s already great, but has so much potential for new features. Just wondering if it’s worth continuing to submit feedback this way.
Anyone here has clarity or experience with this?
UPDATE[30/Oct/2025] : I’ve been facing actual OS-level issues and have raised them multiple times through the Feedback option on my Nothing Phone (3). But looking at the kind of responses I’ve received, it’s very clear that this feedback isn’t reaching the concerned technical team. Instead, I keep getting the same generic “Please visit the service centre” response every single time, even for issues that are clearly software-related.
If the solution to every feedback is just “go to a service centre,” then what’s the point of having a Feedback option built into the OS? It completely defeats its purpose. I genuinely wanted to contribute toward improving Nothing OS, but it now feels like customer feedback is being ignored altogether.
SO I SUGGEST, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME REPORTING ISSUES ANS FEEDBACKS.
