Gallery not loading all photos - Help

Hallo Leute, bin gerade in meine Galerie gegangen und habe nur Fotos von den letzten Monaten, seit ich das Telefon habe. Allerdings befanden sich die Fotos von gestern, die ich schon seit vielen Jahren habe, in derselben Galerie. Diese Fotos sind weiterhin in der Google Fotos-App sichtbar. Kennt jemand eine Möglichkeit, sie alle wieder in meine Galerie zu bekommen?

Hey guys, just gone onto my gallery and I only have photos from the last few months since I had the phone. However, yesterday photos that I’ve had for many years were in the same gallery. These photos are still viewable in the Google photos app. Anyone know a way to get them all back into my gallery ?

tmb10101 go into gallery settings and check in “show in photos view”. Mark the boxes from where You want to see your photos from. Hope this helps

This last one is crucial - if it’s set to Google Photos then Nothing Gallery, Essential Space etc. can freely access online content (not on device) from Google Photos.

Again, on by default for some reason 😑

Anonymous931 Really? I’ve never seen anything other than local photos in Nothing Gallery? I disabled it entirely a while ago so it’s not even in my app drawer.

I’ll go check, is this a recent change?

Edit: Pretty sure that’s only for if you’re picking an image for an app. I.e. when looking for an avatar / uploading an image from within an app.

The Nothing Gallery only has access to local photos, no matter what settings pick. Which pretty much makes it off no use to me unfortunately.

Google Photos: history goes back a far as 2002

Anonymous931 how did you get to the second and third images ? Also I thought it was the fact that I was on the nothing 4.0 beta so went back to the standard and had to factory reset my phone 😭

For the second one go to Google Photos, tap top right on your image, then Photos settings then Privacy then Google Photos access.

Tuxedo like mine 🥰 Regarding the question - I actually think it’s possible that it was removed in one of the recent few Nothing Gallery updates 🤔 It was there 100% sure not that long ago, I know because I did a factory reset of my phone (mid August or so) and that was the first thing I toggled off.
