DAC issue while on a call

I recently bought “audicular Spark” DAC for my nothing phone 3A and it’s working fine until I use Spotify & while making an audio call, whenever I listen to Spotify it makes distortion same applies for audio calls, I can’t hear anything rather than distortion noises, but when it comes to other music platforms it works perfectly fine, also when I make call via whatsapp, discord, Instagram there is no distortion, i tried the DAC on different devices and it’s working fine so I guess nothing has to do something, alredy a lot of people raised a ticket for this issue (ex: ticket ID #1336513) so hope they identify this issue and fix it on next patch

MissMayavathi Developers fix it not community members sadly. So you can just go to settings > feedback > raise an issue there. That’ll be more efficient and direct if you actually want the issue to be resolved.
