You can only do Standard or High haptic settings in the watch settings itself, but unfortunately, there is no further fine-tuning you can do. I get it though, the haptics are pretty loud. In quiet rooms when I work I do get head turns as well if I have the haptics on high. My only advice is to keep the volume on it off, if you need to be more quiet and have haptics on. That’s the best we got, or off.
The Watch 3 Pro does have a little quieter haptics though, on standard, and are a definite upgrade from the pro 2. Pro 2 felt more like a prototype, to the pro 3 for me in all honesty, but I really love the bezel swapping.
