Thank you for the update.

Is there any chance the Nothing team plans to add a neutral profile? The balanced profile is a very V-Shaped biased profile. While I can see how this is attractive to some, I for one absolutely hate it. And so do many reviewers. A neutral profile could be a solution as the custom EQ is not enough to solve it. I really want to love these earbuds as the supermic is an amazing feature, but the sound is really making me consider returning these.

FabioHaring For any device that uses Nothing X, you can submit feedback directly via the app itself, simply:

1. Open the menu on the top left of the app
2. Head to Support at the bottom and select the relevant product
3. If the troubleshooting steps do not help you, scroll right to the bottom to find a feedback link

Got notified of a new firmware update. Didn’t have the case handy so I dismissed it. Went to grab the case a while later and ready to try out the new firmware - just to be told there was no new update 😂

Guess I’ll patiently wait… So keen to hear what the new balance would sound like.

I updated to (1.0.1.61), but I don’t see any natural mode that I can directly click on for the super mic. I’m assuming that it’s on by default. Haven’t tried it since yet.

FabioHaring me, same. Listening again to the default balance tuning, it sounds like Nothing has turned down the Bass a notch in this new update.

The transparency mode seems to now let in more ambient sound. I guess in response to some feedback. This is not good if you are someone who works or frequent loud environments. Nothing, needs to introduce a hearing protection mode, or an adjustment slider like some other popular brands.
