I bought my Ear (a) about a year ago and for a few weeks now the High ANC setting does not work (or it’s working so poorly I can’t even tell it’s on). I am forced to use the Mid setting… Has anyone had this happen before. What should I do?
I have tried updating the firmware, resetting them and then updating the firmware yet nothing has worked so far. I’m currently running 1.0.1.46 which at the time of writing seems to be the latest according to the Nothing X app.
