I’m reaching out to check if anyone else is experiencing this issue with the CMF Watch Pro 2 (2nd Gen) and the Xiaomi 15 (HyperOS).
The watch was previously paired and working perfectly with my OnePlus 9.
After switching to the Xiaomi 15, the watch is detected in the Nothing X app, but the pairing process always freezes at 8% and never completes.
Here’s what I’ve already tried (with no success):
Factory reset of the watch (even three consecutive resets, as suggested by CMF Support)
Removal from previous phone (OnePlus 9)
Reinstallation of the Nothing X app
App and firmware both updated to the latest version
Tried changing time zone to London (GMT+1), as suggested in a previous support thread
CMF Support has been responsive, but so far no solution has worked. They’ve suggested contacting the reseller, although Amazon confirmed that software incompatibility is not covered under warranty.
At this point, it looks like a compatibility issue between the CMF Watch Pro 2 and Xiaomi’s HyperOS Bluetooth stack, but I’d like to know if others are facing the same problem — or if anyone has found a workaround that works.
Any feedback, confirmations, or successful setups would be appreciated.
