Alright, I’ve been using the CMF Watch 3 Pro for almost 1 month as a part of community review program, Thanks @Deepanshu_Saini_ ,for having me the orange version, for a while now, and my honest take on it.
This isn’t a spec-heavy review; it’s purely based on my daily use, work, and normal routines here in the UK.
Design

Since the design immediately drew my attention, let's start by discussing it. The orange version is the one I chose, and to be honest, I think it looks the best. It's daring, new, and features the self-assured design language for which CMF is gradually gaining recognition. The metallic frame makes it feel substantial rather than cheap or plasticky, and the orange bezel's textured finish gives it a true premium feel. Even outside, the 1.43-inch AMOLED display is clear, bright, and easy to read. I still had no trouble seeing everything clearly on those infrequent sunny days in the UK.
Battery Life
Battery life has honestly been brilliant.
With normal use — notifications, heart rate, sleep tracking — I easily got 6 to 8 days on a single charge. When I switched on the Always-On Display, it dropped to around 4 to 5 days, which is still solid.
Charging takes roughly an hour and a half, and then I just forget about it for a week almost. That’s one thing I really appreciate — no daily charging, no battery anxiety. A USB - C instead of USB - A charging option should be awesome.
Software and Customisation

Now, the software — it’s simple, clean, and responsive.
You swipe up for notifications, sideways for widgets. Smooth response for me always. The haptic feedback gives it that little premium touch that makes the UI feel well-finished.
You can customise a lot — from animated watch faces to rearranging widgets for steps, weather, heart rate, and more. I like how CMF kept things simple but still gave enough room to make it feel personal.

However, I think there’s still room for improvement here. Nothing X app crashes while trying to add a photo for watch face.
It would be nice to see more third-party watch faces. Also, notifications could be smarter - for example, being able to reply quickly to messages or dismiss calls directly from the watch would make daily use even smoother.
Performance and Everyday Use
Performance-wise, it’s been reliable.
Notifications come in instantly, and Bluetooth calling has been clear for me. The health tracking seems not that consistent everytime — hope it will improve based to upcoming updates.
I’ve worn it during light rain and workouts — no issues at all. It’s not built for swimming, but it handles daily wear and sweat just fine.
One small thing I noticed — software updates are fast and responsive, Nothing major, but it’s something CMF working on for better development.
Final Thoughts
After using the CMF Watch 3 Pro (Orange) here in the UK, I can genuinely say it’s one of the most practical and stylish smartwatches I’ve used in its price range. Grab CMF watch 3 Pro in Amazon for just £69 now.
