I am writing to express my concern regarding the service availability for my Nothing Phone (2), which I purchased last year.
Today, I needed to repair the charging port as it has become noticeably loose.
I am located in Amman, Jordan, and I contacted Cell Avenue, whom I understood to be the authorized dealer for Nothing in Jordan. However, I was informed that they are no longer the official agent for your products.
This is extremely disappointing. One of the key reasons I chose to purchase a Nothing device was the availability of an official service provider in my country. Finding out now that there is no longer an authorized service center is unacceptable, especially for a device still within a reasonable service life.
I kindly request clear guidance on how I can proceed with repairing my device through an official and reliable channel. I expect a prompt solution, as this situation places customers in Jordan at a significant disadvantage.
