Hello community. The Nothing phone 3a lite is totally biased over the social media and internet sources. The trick is to hate the non major design solutions, the aggressive haters base harsh it in every possible way. You should buy it yourself and make your own opinion rather bashing and smasing virtually. The price range for this 3a lite is very well balanced, you get a slim premium device with a clean nice OS.

Jb233 people just want to rant and hate about almost everything about brands when they got minor/major inconvenience or some issue…

defamation is the first thing that come to their mind instead of solving problem or finding solution for it…

over half of the problems/issues mentioned in this whole community can be solved by 5-10 minutes of google search… still people want to rant about it here and ruin community environment 🤷🏻

Jb233 There are some valid critic points about the phone:

Considering there’s already the CMF Phone 2 Pro within the same price range, it feels odd to release essentially the same phone with just a different shell and an overall less useful camera system
The Lite is the cheapest phone of the (3a) series, yet it has the best build quality. Why am I getting worse materials like a plastic housing when I am willing to pay the premium for the (3a) Pro?
It ships with Android 15 literally less than a month before Nothing releases Android 16 - so the first of the three major Android updates feel wasted. Couldn’t they wait and ship it with Android 16 out of the box? They might as well restate the policy from three major updates down to two.
With the introduction of bloatware, the clean OS mantra Nothing so far has used is getting first very visible cracks and nobody knows yet how far these cracks will extend next year.
That single Glyph LED really feels like an affortless try to get another point on the feature checklist.

Personally I don’t mind the phone as I am simply not interested in it myself. I just think it feels like an odd product which doesn’t really fit within the line-up of the existing (3a) phones.

I think the the smartphone market is too saturated ..

If I needed a phone, like I did when my children broke my Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition (and I purchased the CMF1 to replace it), the NP3a(lite) would be my first port of call simply due to NOTHING OS and the look of the hardware.

At £249, it’s stellar value, and I surmise that it will be £209 street-price after Xmas.

The Asian market will have a different opinion as there’s a lot of competition at my speculated price of 18999 INR (I don’t think the price is released yet, or?) but in Europe, this market at that PP is usually trash.

The CMF2 has better hardware but it looks nowhere are professional as the NP3a(lite), the glass back alone, with those NP3/iPhone-esque camera rings is VERY update and modern.

Most people ask if my NP3 is an iPhone and then I turn on the GM for them.

In Europe the standard build (8/128GB) costs 250-260 euros. It’s a very reasonable price, since the all major brands keep the price higher and higher.

Jb233 yeah, I know, I saw some in Germany/Italy (or was it Austria?). I think MM will drop their price after Xmas, or in the run up to Xmas, to around €209-€229, which is a heck of a deal.
