ADSH @TheUnluckyThirteen Good question. I recall reading someone comment they received the update (I have to look if I can find it again, otherwise I could be mistaken). Nonetheless, Nothing stated that the update for CMF Phones will be out by the end of the year, with (3a) Lite at the beginning of next year.
They also stated (On AndroidAuthority) that they encountered a major issue that they have to fix, thus the release has been stopped for now.

[Update] @Cmf Guy I can’t find that comment, so it’s safe to assume I definitely mixed up my memories, apologies from me. So yes, as of now we should base ourselves off their statement of the release being at the end of the year
