Maybe somebody from Nothing could help out here and get back to Evolvic what’s going on with his phone. With the phone being gone for almost a whole month now without any news, I can fully understand a growing frustration. Here in Germany the few Nothing RMA cases I have been aware of, had a turn around time of two to three weeks, sometimes even just a single week.
By the way I also would’ve sent my phone in, it’s a fairly expensive flagship device and the Glyph Matrix is one of the highlight features, having a dead pixel in there would be simply unacceptable.
