In my settings for data savings, no apps have access to unlimited dato. And the setting is enabled.
Still, I got a ton of notifications when I turned on data traffic. Netflix, Google play, Snapchat, etc etc.
I never had this issue on nothing 2.
Am I doing something wrong?
