I have Sony wf-1000XM4 and it was working very good with perfect pure sound and bass, but after I don’t remember exactly, the 2nd update came to the phone since I bought it, the connection between the phone and the Sony wf-1000XM4 became so poor with much noise during bass or something with higher volume, 1st I thought the problem with the sony but I tried it with my laptop, n it has perfect sound with the laptop.
I waited to receive an update to solve that problem but nothing happened till now, n I have been in this problem since about more than a year. I hope someone answer me.
