I know you want to get conversations going across language barriers. Which is a great goal…👍👍 But you probably need native speaking people to correct the AI training I guess…
I speak German natively plus English.
Obviously the AI can’t even keep your, trademarked terms. “Essential space” is turned into “Wichtige Räume”.
I sign a post with my username and it’s translated.. I’m “Bouncer71” not Türsteher71… Not exactly wrong but also not right… AI doesn’t know why I’ve chosen that English name at the beginning of Internet… And I assure you I never throwed people out of a disco…🤣
The term ‘Bloat" turns into “Aufblähung”… Also not wrong, but totally out of context.. "Bloatware’ is a well known term around here… As is “bloat” in short… Around here “Aufgebläht” is rather used describing stomach problems…
I could go on and on…😅
When I write something in English and read the German translation it turns in some kind of gibberish…
So please 🙏…
Have faith in your not fluently multilingual community members that they will find a way to understand what they can’t…
I’d recommend DeepL for better results..
