Whenever my phone reconnects to the Wi-Fi network, either after a brief disconnect or after switching from mobile data, the internet speed becomes drastically slower. To resolve this, I must perform a full restart of the phone, after which the speed returns to its normal, fast performance. Simply disconnecting and reconnecting the Wi-Fi on the phone does not fix the issue
