Hello Nothing Support,

I own a Nothing Phone (3) purchased in October 2025.

I have noticed a greenish display tint and uneven screen color that is clearly visible around 50% brightness and also when Adaptive Brightness is enabled. The issue is visible with my naked eye during normal use and is not limited to the camera recording.

I have attached videos showing the problem.

Could you please confirm whether this is:

- a normal OLED panel characteristic,

- a software/display calibration issue that can be resolved with an update, or

- a hardware defect that requires display replacement?

Since the issue is noticeable in everyday use, I would appreciate a warranty inspection and guidance on the next steps.

any long time users of the NP3 who has experienced image retention? I recently got mine 3 days ago and am kind of disappointed that the screen behaves this way. i know that because of the LTPS screen it’s considered “normal” but i just want to know how it affects the phone in the long run.

for long-time owners, did the image retention inevitably lead towards quicker degeneration of the screen? do ur phones have burn-in?

i’d also like to add that the line that separates the black bar in the status bar and the rest of the screen (for when u watch tiktok etc.) is visibly seen in mine already despite letting it rest, so i think mine already has burn-in. idk if this is a serious concern or it rly just behaves this way.

SumraSamir_Same_ yes.me too experiencing same, screen visibility same if we enable extra dark mode in nothing phone 3.
