Hi,

I have the Watch Pro, and I did a reset because it was not connecting to the app on my Samsung phone. However, the watch is now stuck on the barcode page, and the downloaded app keeps finding the phone, sending an error message that the Device is already paired with another device. Any suggestion that can be addressed will be appreciated. Thank you.

    William Thanks, but that option is not there upon initial setup. Only when setup is completed this option is available. But the whole problem is we cannot complete the setup as my watch has been owned before (Amazon 2nd chance item).

      Done on Friday, had a reply yesterday that they would forward it to the tech support dpt. Hope to hear more tomorrow as I assume they don’t work on Sunday. Thanks 👍🏻

      If anyone has a solution or suggestions for getting this resolved, please post here. Nothing’s support is, well, in a word, nothing. I don’t believe they moderate their forums and getting an answer from their tech support is slow and frustrating. Thank you in advance.
