Mr Steel Thanks for the information, but the issue is not about where to submit feedback.
The problem is that whenever we report bugs through the in-phone feedback option, we only receive copy-paste troubleshooting steps like clear cache, clear storage, restart, reset, etc. Even after following all those steps, the issue remains and the ticket gets closed without any real investigation or update.
Many users are facing the same problems repeatedly, so these responses are not helpful anymore. We need the software team to actually review the logs, acknowledge the bugs, and provide a proper fix, not just send the standard template reply.
Posting here is the only way we can show that multiple users are experiencing the same issue.
