Mr Steel I clearly mentioned that this is a software issue that occurred after the Nothing OS 4.0 stable update. But then they told some troubleshooting steps which they think will fix the software issue, literally wow they think that I will fix the software issue with their steps.

I later told them that this problem was from the software team’s side, and that only the software team can fix this. But they finally told me to go to the service center for a problem that everyone is facing, which is a software problem (NOS 4.0), what should I do by going to the service center alone?
