Dark Mode Turns off Automatically

Such a really annoying bug after recent update 2.5. After locking and unlocking the device, the dark mode gets disabled automatically and glyph gets turns on automatically! This happens atleast a couple of times daily. The new version 2.5.1a also didn't fixed the issue! Anyone experiencing the same? One more question: There is a pinned post in this forum informing us to submit feedback via Settings>System>Feedback Unfortunately I'm not seeing any option called Feedback! Is that because of developer options disabled?

Remi F Initially, I thought it was happening because of the schedule. But I checked, and I only set turn off glyph during bedtime.

But the dark mode turns off when I lock and unlock the device.

Since the issue happens randomly, I don’t know how I can show it to you.

akhilaniyan hmmm that’s weird. I didn’t encounter this bug whatsoever.

Maybe someone in the community ?

I am also experiencing same issue, not sure about exact repro steps. But it turns off even after toggling battery saver mode.

Hi guys …. I’m a user of nothing phone 2. I’m facing the same issue that dark mode turns of frequently. This bug sometimes gets annoying .even after the latest update it’s not fixed.

Yes, even I faced this issue multiple times. Even when I put phone for charging, dark mode gets turned off. Sometime even when I lock the phone.

Any solution for this ?

Same problem here.recently bought nothing 2a. Even after updating to 2.5 this issue still persist frequently 2 out of 10 times.kindly fix this

I can confirm that. Dark mode is usually back to light after exiting sleep mode. Even though dark mode was permanently on.

What a drag man. It’s really annoying I am facing same issues. Also the temps of phone 1 go mad. It gets really really hot battery backup is bad now. I get calls and not able to pick up call. :/

Was a solution found for this? A year and a half later I am experiencing the same bug with my Phone (3a) on Nothing OS 3.1. Sometimes when I unlock the phone I find dark theme has switched itself off and I have to go back into Customisation to toggle it back on.
