So my Phone 3a can use 5G on the UK Lebara (Vodafone) network just fine, but my mum also has a Phone 3a on the same network in the UK, and she bought it from Argos (it was the EEA White version they had). Now, my mum cannot get 5G coverage on her Phone 3a, and when I try to help her by changing the network settings, it doesn’t work. She has set the ‘preferred network’ to 5G and Smart 5G / 5G standalone are also active.
What can she/I do to resolve this issue?
