Nothing Phone (1) Software Testing Program

Hey Community,

With Nothing Phone (1) software support coming to a close next year, we will be doing a small round of testing on devices to verify stability of these future security updates. This testing round will begin in early 2026 and will involve downloading future security updates on your device. These updates will not include new software features to your device. We recommend signing up for this program if your Nothing Phone (1) is most often used as a secondary device due to the data loss risks involved with unreleased software.

You would be a great candidate for this program if you fit the following criteria.

Nothing Phone (1) used mainly as a secondary device
Can communicate any bugs or unexpected behaviors
Have participated in beta software programs before

I definitely would have, but the problem is that I had to lose Phone 1 for Phone 3. That will always be close to my heart.

For few months’ security patches Nothing needs users as guinea pig. No new features but some security updates and Nothing’s internal team can’t do this. Simply remarkable.

Hey Satvaya, actually we already have testing from our testing team & internal usertrial members.

But actually sometimes the behavior or data between testing / usertrial members and our real users will have a lots of differences, so let why we need everyone’s help.
