Lock camera OS 4.0 glitch

I recently updated my Nothing Phone (2a Plus) to Android 16 and Nothing OS 4.0. After the update, I’ve noticed something strange:

Whenever my phone is locked, the camera randomly turns on by itself for a moment. I saw this happening on the lock screen without touching anything.

I have already tried:

• Restarting the device

• Clearing camera cache

• Disabling lock-screen camera shortcuts

• Checking app permissions

But the issue still appears sometimes.

Please look into this — it seems like a software glitch after the new update.

My phone (3) is experiencing a similar issue.
When I press the power button just once, the camera app launches automatically.
If I assign another function (for example, Glyph Timer) to Gestures → Double press power button, the Glyph Timer launches with a single press as well.
It might be that the current Nothing OS 4.0 has a bug causing the power button to chatter.
