My ear (3) were having some audio and connectivity issues earlier (i.e connecting the earbuds to my device even though both earbuds were in the case and closed,- audio cutting out periodically randomly). i decided to reconnect them completely, i forgot the earbuds from the nothing x app as well as my bluetooth. after that when i tried to repair the eabuds to my Phone (3a) the case button wasn’t doing anything… i held it for 3 seconds after opening the lid- no response. i tried to factory reset them, i held the button for 10 seconds- no response. i tried to re-set the earbuds, i took them out, closed the lid and waited around 20 seconds before putting them back in before trying to pair again- absolutely no response… the only response im getting from the case is the charging incidation and when i press the button once it flashes for a second before dyng out again. i tried charging the case. it was at 95% last time it connected to my phone (before i disconnected it)
i also tried to restart my phone and update the software, still no response from anything. case button isnt pairing or resetting at all and my phone isnt even detecting the ear (3) when i open the lid.
i am completely lost and absolutely nothing online seems to help and i cant open a support ticket since i bought the buds from a local reseller in my country….
