Thanmay_M Hey, I just dropped my phone (CMF phone 2 pro) and broke the front glass a little and went to NOTHING service centre, they asked me to pay 5,200rs but I saw a post in the community where one had replaced his display for 3050 even when his touch response didn’t work While mine did. And Service people said they will also replace battery which I didn’t want to they did not even check my phone they just saw the crack in display. Why should they even replace something I don’t want to . I just purchase this phone approx 2 month before
Gwastu i saw that post too, you should explain them clearly if you dont want to replace battery, if they are replacing battery there must be a reason, you must ask them clearly why battery replacement needed, without your permission they cant proceed
