MandeepSinghChawla Hey! I had that situation happen to me as well and it’s pretty annoying.
But it has nothing to do with the chipset nor it’s a hardware issue. Usually that message appears when the game developer restricted access to it based on Android version, GPU or even device certification.
As I can see it’s a pretty common issue among many Android devices. The game is fairly new and this is a known issue. The publisher might have whitelisted some specific Android devices to collect analytics on bugs, etc. Android 16 is fairly new as well, so it may take a while for the Devs of the game to update their whitelist.
So yes, it is fixable but not by us. We have to wait for the game publisher to patch it and update the Play store compatibility. But don’t worry, you’re not the only one having this issue. I checked and I’m in the same situation too. Your device is way more than capable playing it, so just be patient.
