HasiburRahmanNazmul Heya! It seems like it’s a compatibility or permission issue. It’s possible that due to the latest Nothing OS 4.0, some changes were introduced to bluetooth audio routing or call-handling priorities.
Nonetheless, please check the following:
- Bluetooth call permission: Bluetooth > Maxto M2 > Nothing X app will open > Scroll down and click on “System Settings” > Check if “Phone calls” is toggled on;
- WhatsApp Permissions: [Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Permissions]. Make sure “Microphone”, “Phone” and “Nearby devices” are allowed;
- Battery Optimization: NOS is pretty aggressive with background apps. [Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > App battery usage > Make sure “Allow background usage” is enabled];
- LE Audio: Some communicators don’t fully support LE Audio. In [Settings > Developer Options > Scroll to “Bluetooth LE Audio mode” > Click on it and select “Disabled”;
- Re-pair the communicator: Forget the Maxto M2 from Bluetooth, restart the phone and pair again from scratch.
If the issue still persists, I suggest reporting it via [Settings > System > Feedback], mentioning that WhatsApp calls are not routed to your Maxto M2. Include that it works on other Android/iOS devices.
Please let me know if you have any updates on it!
