I found a temporary workaround that significantly reduces the black crush issue nothing users suffer from.
1.Installing Screen Balance
I installed an app called Screen Balance. The app is not currently supported in the current android system so I downloaded from another website:
https://screen-balance.en.softonic.com/android

2.Configuration
After downloaded I gave the necessary permissions and applied the following settings:
Preset: Fluorescent
Strength: 100%

—
3.Results
The results I got were pretty hopeful
Black crush is almost completely gone
Shadow details are clearly visible
Dark gradients look much smoother
The downsides (IMPORTANT)

This is not a permanent solution, just a software-level workaround. Hopefully Nothing addresses black crush properly via calibration or OTA updates in the future. Until then, this might help others who are struggling with crushed blacks.
Posting this in case it helps someone else 👍
Would love to hear if others found better tuning values or alternative fixes. 🫂
