Having the same issue for 3 - 4 days in my NOTHING 3A . CLEARING data of ‘logkit’ temporary stops but the problem starts showing again after some times

Also Feedback is crashing.

I am having a popup of ‘log tool keeps stopping’ in every 2-3 mins. its so fast that i had to record screen to read it.

Then i went to report the problem to System>Feedback but it is unresponsive and crashes every time.

After NOS 4.0 update on my NP 3A PRO , A Pop up saying “log tool keep stopping” showed every 1 or 2 minutes, it was too fast so that I had to record the screen to identify the pop-up. Please resolve the issue.

When I report it into the feedback section, the feedback section also crash and automatically turn back to the previous page.

Hi everyone,

I am facing a persistent system-level issue on my Nothing Phone 3a.

Issue

A popup appears randomly while using any app:

“Log tool keeps stopping”

This happens even though Developer Options are OFF and no specific app is being used at the time.

What I have already tried (did not fix the issue):

Force stopped Log Tool
Cleared cache and data of Log Tool
Uninstalled Android System WebView updates
Reset App Preferences
Uninstalled updates of Android System Intelligence
Restarted the phone multiple times

Despite all this, the Log Tool service automatically restarts and crashes again.

Observations

The issue occurs randomly, across different apps
Log Tool cannot be disabled (system-managed)
Looks like a Nothing OS logging/telemetry service bug
Not caused by third-party apps

Has anyone else faced this issue on Nothing Phone (2a / 3a / others)?
Is there any official fix or upcoming patch for this?

I hope the Nothing team can investigate and provide a software-level solution, as this affects daily usability.
