I’m new to the nothing phone 2

I composed a notification sound in the glyph composer but when I try to add it to a specific person in WhatsApp , the composer sounds are not there as an option ?!?

How do I make the composer sounds available to WhatsApp

I wanted to have individual custom tones for different people, yet it doesn’t seem possible

    Providing you have an active chat with the person you want to give a unique glyph composer tone to, this is achievable.

    If you head to the App Info page for WhatsApp you can set composer tones for current conversations, group notifications, message notifications, and many more!

    Hey, I had the same problem. I was able to set glyph ringtones but couldnt set glyph message tones.

    You can try the solution given above by the Mod, but as per the solution, I didn’t see all my friends’ names in the ‘notifications’ section under ‘app info’.

    Here’s the workaround I found after doing some tinkering -

    Go to settings -> Notifications -> Conversations ->

    Here I found all iterations of my friend’s chat and changed the notifications to my specific glyph message tone. When I went back to WhatsApp, the Glyph message tone was automaticaly set for that Whatsapp chat.

      Hi guys, i’m having the same issue, even having the same iteration 3times with the possibility of edit these individually, that’s crazy!

      That should be tested and intuitive, but not at all 😔

      So many ways to configure the same thing, this is the first time that im losing so much time for setting this simple feature.

      Hi. Related to WhatsApp and Glyph notifications.

      Has anyone noticed that in WhatsApp/Settings/Notifications, when you select (or at least this is what I see happening) ‘Notification tone’, it brings up the SELECT SOUND screen with the different options of Sound Libraries (i.e. Nothing Phone (2), Nothing Machines and My Sounds). Under Nothing Machines, the system indicates 10 sounds, but inside there are 40! sounds, not 10. Yet, when you get to the Sound Libraries through the phone Settings, whether that is in Settings/GLYPH INTERFACE/Ringtones, or Settings/NOTIFICATIONS, or Settings/SOUND AND VIBRATION, the Nothing Machines only contains 10 sounds?

      Hope somebody sees this.
