Greetings! I wanted to make suggestions and address some issues regarding the sizing of CMF’s Watch lineup. As a proud user of the Watch Pro 2, I’ve been super satisfied with it and its overall aesthetics. I’ve been considering upgrading to the Watch Pro 3, but one thing that’s preventing me is the size.
I’m someone who has rather small wrists - about 15cm (5.9″). The Watch Pro 2 which is 45mm in diameter already looks quite big on my wrist, though it’s not as noticeable from a distance. The Watch Pro 3 on the other hand, bumps up the size to 47mm, which is going to look even bigger with a much larger lug-to-lug distance on my wrist. I understand that most people prefer having a much larger screen on their smart watch and it may even be beneficial for those with larger wrists. But as someone who has smaller wrists, I’m of the opposite opinion. I’m willing to stick to using my Watch Pro 2 for another year or two, but I’m genuinely concerned that future models like the Watch Pro 4 and following versions will retain if not bump up the size again, which makes me reluctant on upgrading to future CMF Watch models.
My proposed solution to this is to simply offer Multiple Sized models of the CMF Watch. Maybe offer smaller diameter options like 40-42mm. It doesn’t have to be for the current models, but start with future models of the CMF Watch. I’m actually a huge fan of Samsung’s Galaxy Watch lineup which offers 40mm to 44mm sizing options for their smart watches. I used to own a 40mm Galaxy Watch4 before switching to the CMF Watch Pro 2. Though I’m aware they can’t fully be compared as the Galaxy Watch lineup are considered Flagship watches while CMF is more budget oriented. But I’m kind of hopeful CMF/Nothing would take this into consideration for their users.
